STEP 2 Grievance(s)

The purpose of the Grievance is to provide a fair and efficient process to expeditiously resolve Agency, Union, and bargaining unit employee issues.

     

     The Union maintains the right, on its own behalf or on behalf of any bargaining unit employee to present and process grievances under this Article. Employees also maintain the right to present a grievance on their own behalf without Union representation. B. Any resolution of a grievance filed by an employee who proceeds without Union representation will be consistent with law and the terms of the parties’ Agreement. The Union will be provided copies of all grievance replies in such cases.
